This exhibit shows a baby girl who was mortally injured by the misuse of forceps during her delivery.  This exhibit is made up of frames that were "pulled" from a video tape that was made four days after her birth.

The doctor in this case claimed he properly positioned the forceps so that the blades were over the baby's ears.  These frames clearly demonstrate the doctor was not telling the truth. 

This case settled for a confidential amount before the case went to trial.
